Burawa Career Application

Register your Interest

Click on the link below and the application form will ask you to:

  • Tell us why you would like to apply for this course
  • Tell us what you hope to achieve from this course
  • Confirm your Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander heritage

If you require assistance filling out the form, we can help you.

Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander Heritage

Proof of your heritage can be provided by a ‘Letter of Confirmation’, which can be obtained from any incorporated Indigenous organisation or Land Council. The letter must be stamped with the organisation’s common seal.

If you have difficulty obtaining your confirmation of heritage, contact us so we can yarn about other documents that may be used to support the identification process.

We would like to acknowledge Aboriginal people and Torres Strait Islanders as the Traditional Custodians of the lands, waterways, and skies across Australia.

We pay our respects to our Elders past and present, thanking them for paving the way for us. We extend that respect to our emerging leaders, standing side by side with all Aboriginal people and Torres Strait Islanders across our great nation.
