Aboriginal
Advisory Council

Burawa offers a series of short courses to help build your career confidence and skills. Wherever you are along your career path, we have something for you.

To ensure our program is culturally appropriate, community-driven, and provides relevant outcomes, we have asked Indigenous community experts from around Australia to assist us in its development, delivery, and promotion.

Burawa’s Aboriginal Advisory Council is comprised of diverse members from right across the nation. The Council provides a unique collection of knowledge and skills which complements Burawa’s educational programs and influential community project work.

Our members are passionate about exploring new opportunities to implement and enhance excellence in the provision of career guidance and educational support for our Mob.

We would like to acknowledge Aboriginal people and Torres Strait Islanders as the Traditional Custodians of the lands, waterways, and skies across Australia.

We pay our respects to our Elders past and present, thanking them for paving the way for us. We extend that respect to our emerging leaders, standing side by side with all Aboriginal people and Torres Strait Islanders across our great nation.
